An attar (or ittar) is a natural, rich, potent fragrance oil that is traditionally made from botanical sources, such as flowers (jasmine, rose, sandalwood and more), herbs, spices, barks, or musk oils. These fragrance body oils have natural ingredients and last 3 to 5 times longer than typical Fragrance / Body oil. Attar comes from the Arabic word for fragrance and is the ultimate natural perfume. They are typically imported from Dubai, Spain, Egypt, India, etc. and are considered some of the best perfume oils in the world, especially for those in search of Natural Perfumes.
At first glance an attar might seem pricey in comparison to modern perfumes or colognes. And if your only concern is price that might be true for you. But fragrances are things we put on our skin. They become part of us (and our loved ones) and so, in addition to price, and how beautiful they smell, we must take into consideration how beautiful they are.
Our fragrances smell sublime and are made of wholesome genuine materials. On a more practical note, quality ingredients produce strong, supple oils.
