White Sage & Palo Santo Set | Home Smudging | Sacred and Holy Herb and Wood Stick | Cleanse Your Home and Aura | 4 inch Incense
This listing is for a Set of Sage Smudge sticks and Palo Santo wood sticks. Size: Each stick is approximately 4 Inches long. Each smudge wand is approximately 4 inches long. Palo Santo and Sage are among the most important sacred and ceremonial mystical tree sticks and plant herbs respectively. These sacred incense sticks are used to combat negative energy, generate wisdom and clarity, promote healing, drive out evil influences, and keep off bad luck. They are usually used for ceremonial purposes. The rising smoke of the lit sticks is believed to enter the energy field of ritual participants to clear misfortune, negative thoughts and to ward off evil spirits. Other health benefits of smudging these sticks are purifying air from bacteria and repelling insects. Smudging is perfect for improving mood and reducing stress and anxiety. Please take precautions to avoid any harm and keep them away from flammables.
To use your smudge, begin with a well-ventilated space for effective cleansing. Place the sage bundle on a glass or ceramic surface and light one end of the herbs. An abalone shell may also be traditionally used. Light the tip of the bundle until the leaves are thoroughly lit which may take about 30-60 seconds. As the flame appears, blow the flame out so the herb will smolder and release smoke. Continue to fan or blow on the burning embers to keep the smoke alive during the cleansing process. You may cleanse yourself first by encircling the smoke around you. Use a feather or fan to direct the smoke to the areas or persons cleansing.
During this time, focus on your positive intentions and what you desire to manifest in your life, such as health, love, protection, abundance, etc. Do this from a place of confidence knowing and faith, removing any sense of fear, lack, or doubt. You may also use this time to visualize your desired life experience, allowing yourself to tap into the emotions as if the event is already certain.
